🔹Educational Qualification:
For the post of Tracer, Class III, the candidate must possess the following qualifications:
Draftsman Certificate:
The candidate must have obtained a minimum two-year certificate in Civil Draftsman from any Industrial Training Institute (ITI) established by the Government.Basic Computer Knowledge:
The candidate must have basic knowledge of computer applications as prescribed in the Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967.Language Proficiency:
The candidate must have adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
🔸 Age Limit:
The candidate’s age must not be more than 33 years as on the last date of application.
📌 Note: Candidates belonging to reserved categories (such as SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwD) may be eligible for relaxation in the upper age limit as per the Government of Gujarat’s rules.
GPSSB Tracer Syllabus 2025:
As per the Gujarat Panchayat and Village Development Department’s notification, the GPSSB Tracer recruitment will include only one written examination. Total Marks: 200, Duration: 3 hours. Medium of the exam: Gujarati (English for English section). Subject-wise mark distribution is as follows:

How to Apply & Pay Application Fee for GPSSB Tracer Recruitment 2025
1. Application Submission
Applications will be accepted online only through the portal: https://ojas.gujarat.gov.in
The online application can be submitted from 17/05/2025 at 3:00 PM to 10/06/2025 at 11:59 PM
2. Step-by-Step Application Process
Click on “Current Advertisement” → “View All”
Under “Select Advertisement by Department”, select GUJARAT PANCHAYAT SERVICE SELECTION BOARD (GPSSB)
Find advertisement number 18/2025-26 and click “Apply” to begin.
Before applying, click on “Details” to carefully read and download the official notification.
3. Applying Online
Option A: Apply With OTR (One Time Registration)
Enter your OTR number and birthdate, and your saved information (photo and signature) will be automatically filled.Option B: Without OTR
Fill in all required details manually:Personal Details (Name, DOB, etc.)
Communication Info
Language, Disability, Education Details
Upload photo and signature (each up to 15 KB)
Important: The same uploaded photo will be used for all future stages. Keep 4–5 copies of the same.
4. Final Submission
After completing the form, read the declaration and click YES to confirm.
Save your application to get your Application Number.
Click Confirm Application → enter your Application Number and DOB
Review your application using “Show Application Preview”, edit if needed, then Confirm Application
Once confirmed, no changes can be made.
5. Print Application
After confirmation, a Confirmation Number will be generated.
Save it for all future processes.
Use Print Application to download and keep a copy.
6. Application Fee (For General Category)
After confirming the application, General category candidates must pay:
₹100 Exam Fee + Service Charges through SBI e-Pay
If not paid within the specified time, the application will be rejected automatically.
