Office Assistant (Multipurpose):
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in local language.
- Computer knowledge desirable.
Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager):
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preference: Agriculture, IT, Management, Law, Economics, etc.)
- Local language proficiency & computer knowledge desirable.
Officer Scale II (Manager):
- General Banking Officer: Bachelor’s with 50% marks, 2 years experience in a Bank/Financial Institution.
- Specialist Officers: Degree in IT, Law, CA, Marketing, Agriculture, Treasury etc., with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Officer Scale III (Senior Manager):
- Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks.
- Minimum 5 years’ banking experience.
The age criteria vary by post:
- Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18 – 28 years
- Officer Scale I (Assistant Manager): 18 – 30 years
- Officer Scale II (Manager): 21 – 32 years
- Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): 21 – 40 years
